150 g dried red beans, 750 g beef, 150 g onions, 1 clove of garlic, Salt, 400 g green peppers, 10 black olives, pitted, 450 g tomatoes, 2 hot green chilies, 2 tblsp. vegetable oil, 1 l meat broth, 1 tblsp. marinated green peppercorns, Plus:, 2 tsp. coarsely chopped oregano, Basil leaves
